Cette pratique tibetaine <strong>renforce le syst\u00e8me immunitaire<\/strong>, <strong>am\u00e9liore la confiance en soi <\/strong>et permet de <strong>mieux r\u00e9sister au froid<\/strong> ! Les exercices de respiration et de visualisation permettent de m\u00e9diter en pleine conscience et de d\u00e9passer le froid. La s\u00e9ance se d\u00e9roule sur la terrasse \u00e0 l&rsquo;abris des regards, avec possibilit\u00e9 de s&rsquo;arroser \u00e0 la fin pour les adeptes ! Une pratique avec baignade (en option) sera propos\u00e9e ponctuellement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le plus chez Seaflow <\/strong>? Ma pratique de l&rsquo;apn\u00e9e alimente le travail du souffle (il faut d&rsquo;abord bien respirer pour ne pas respirer).
