Pas de cour collectif pr\u00e9vu encore \u00e0 ce jour, mais n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 me contacter si vous souhaitez un devis, je me d\u00e9place pour des groupes (d\u00e8s 4 personnes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En <strong>aqua yoga<\/strong>, l&rsquo;eau est une v\u00e9ritable opportunit\u00e9 de d\u00e9couvrir ou red\u00e9couvrir le yoga : elle permet de se relaxer, de travailler les \u00e9tirements dans la d\u00e9tente, les postures debout sans appr\u00e9hension et sans porter son poids. Il est aussi possible de travailler en flottaison et de se connecter plus profond\u00e9ment \u00e0 son souffle, ou en immersion afin de se connecter pleinement \u00e0 l&rsquo;instant, \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ment et \u00e0 sois-m\u00eame. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les cours peuvent \u00eatre dispens\u00e9s en piscine priv\u00e9e ou en bassin privatis\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En yoga paddle, le maintient de l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre sur la planche sollicite en profondeur les muscles stabilisateurs et permet de perfetionner les postures.
