Pas de cour collectif pr\u00e9vu encore \u00e0 ce jour, mais n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 me contacter si vous souhaitez un devis, je me d\u00e9place pour des groupes (d\u00e8s 4 personnes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En yoga paddle, le maintient de postures en \u00e9quilibre sur la planche <strong>sollicite en profondeur les muscles<\/strong> stabilisateurs et permet de perfectionner <strong>son ressenti et son alignement. <\/strong>Pratiquer le yoga sur l&rsquo;eau permet de <strong>d\u00e9veloper force, concentration et \u00e9quilibre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La s\u00e9ance peut se d\u00e9rouler sur un lac ou en mer, avec un vent mod\u00e9r\u00e9 pour se laisser d\u00e9river au fil du flow et profiter du cadre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le plus chez seaflow ? <\/strong>Chaque s\u00e9ance est con\u00e7ue en fonction du niveau et des attentes des participants, en tenant compte aussi des conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9o, notamment en mer.
